About the role
Strativia is seeking an AI-Enhanced Proposal Writer to develop high-quality, persuasive proposals for federal government contracts using AI tools. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of experience in proposal writing, particularly focused on federal contracts and AI solutions.
Responsibilities: Develop compelling proposal narratives that clearly articulate value propositions for federal agencies. Leverage AI writing tools to accelerate proposal drafting while maintaining quality and compliance. Research federal contract requirements (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs) and synthesize complex requirements. Collaborate with subject matter experts, capture managers, and business development teams. Ensure compliance with federal proposal formatting and submission requirements.
