About the role
Opportunity
Information Management Group (IMG) has an upcoming opportunity for a talented Instructional Designer. Individual must be experienced in the development of training curriculum to include the development of lessons, general coursework, computer-based training storyboards, assessment instruments and evaluation of methods on test groups. Shall work with Customer and Navy subject matter experts to perform the training curriculum development and implementation.
Qualifications
Shall have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in the field of adult learning or related field; Human Performance Technology, Instructional Design, Training & Development or equivalent experience.
Experience in the application of a systematic approach to the design, development and implementation of training applications. Preferred analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate (ADDIE) Instructional Systems Design (ISD) background.
Ability to communicate/adjudicate with others regarding technical content.
DoD Secret or DoE L clearance
